Girls Mentoring

 We believe that every individual has God given potentials that needs to be maximized to its fullest to realize their contribution to society. We seek to walk along side young girls at the community and school level to help them realize their contribution to society and live life to its fullest. Our girls clubs in strategic communities known as Gyal Pekin for Betteh Clubs( Young Girls must grow and fulfill their dreams) provide the interface needed to relate with these girls and work alongside their parents especially as support groups to facilitate the process of helping them the realize  their dreams . In addition to providing microfinace to their parents to support this process, these girls have benefited from monthly sanitary pads, journal exercises and extra tutorials on core subjects.  

• Sexual and Reproductive Health Education: We believe that providing the right kind of sexual and reproductive health education to young people is appropriate for their personal development as it helps them make better informed choices about their  bodies and future aspirations. Using the booklet “Growth and Changes” and other relevant materials we  educate young girls on the changes taking place in their bodies  and how they can be better prepared to embraced these changes and make the right decisions. We provide conducive environment for dialogue opportunities, a value  that is  most times missing in homes and school circles.​

• ​Leadership Coaching: We come alongside our clients (individuals, communities, and institutions) to provide  one on one or group accountability and encouragement that is needed to overcome personal fears/challenges, and progress towards acheiving their goals. We have ten young boys we are presently working with towards personal goal acheivement.
• Leadership & Stewardship Training: We offer Transformational Leadership Trainings (TLT) to ensure that individuals / communities and institutions can lead themselves well with the right tools that will translate into personal or group development. This  involves Goal Setting, Resource Mobilization, Planning, Stewardship and thinking through available growth options for sustainable leadership driven development.

  

• Rural Development Engagement Interventions: We seek to work with communities especially farming communities to provide Transformational Leadership Alternatives (TLA) that will help them maximize their productivity. We will come alongside farming communities to help them save better and be more intentional about supporting their children’s education, health and hygiene. We will offer stewardship training through the use of local resources and carry out comparative studies in different communities to see applicable best practices that can be modeled in more deprived communities.

• Career and Job Preparedness Empowerment: we are committed to helping young graduates and those in their final stages of universities/ secondary schools and institutions of higher learning understand the job market by providing services on Resume Building, Customer Service Training, Interviewing Techniques and  overall Job Readiness programs.  .
