CTLaD is a community-based nonprofit organization in Sierra Leone, that have been fostering positive change since its inception in 2019, officially launching on December 3rd, 2021. Our commitment lies in empowering individuals, organizations, and communities to realize sustained success and prevent crises through a proactive Leadership-Driven Development approach. We prioritize providing opportunities for young boys and girls, communities, and institutions by mobilizing resources tailored to their needs.

Establishing Partnerships with like-minded individuals and institutions.
Promote healthy hygiene practices in local communities, especially for women and girls as illness takes away savings and destinies. Providing health education on the benefits and demerits of various foods and the need for balanced and nutritious feeding.
CTLaD seeks to empower individuals, organizations, institutions, and communities to sustain success and keep them from sliding into crisis.
